As you can see from the photos, I needed an electrician immediately! Hannah in the office was right on point getting somebody to come out to my house today to fix the problem. Tyler did an outstanding job and I am back up and running with my AC. Thank you Jeff Masters electric.!!!
The company that installed our water heater said we needed a new breaker, because it was only working at 1/2 power. Until it was fixed we wouldn’t have hot water.
Fabian came, tested the breaker and said it was working fine. He could have stopped there and just left. Instead he took a look at the small junction box just above the water heater. The entire inside was black from it sparking!! The electrical cable running from the box to the water heater was the wrong kind.
We were literally one spark away from a house fire!!
Fabian fixed the junction box and replaced the cable.
As far as we are concerned, Fabian and Jeff Master’s Electric saved us and our home.
100/10 would recommend and will only use them from now on!
I was very impressed with the service call. Ray arrived on-time and did a very thorough check of the switches that were giving me issues. They fixed all that was potentially an issue. He was polite and friendly, answered all my questions, and made sure there wasn't a mess at the end. I'm very glad I now have a good electrician I can call without fear of being overcharged, who will show up as scheduled. Well done Jeff Masters Electric!

Jeff Masters Electricians fixed several waterlogged lights in our community and did exactly what they promised—on time and without any issues. Super communicative throughout the entire process and the quality of work was excellent. Reliable, professional, and easy to work with. Highly recommend!
Tyler and Matt work very well together. They also ran a new wire for a tankless hot water heater. They took the time labeling all the breakers in the electrical panel. Were on time and worked the whole day not taking any breaks. Hard workers. We will definitely have them back for a generator hook up.
