I have been a loyal customer of this family owned company for 18 years. In that time they have been professional, kind and more than willing to work with you if payments are necessary. I love the fact that I can trust them to service my system without me being there. The technicians are knowledgeable and more than willing to take their time to explain how the system works, what may effect its efficacy and the newer products out there. They have gone out of their way to ensure the most economical solutions are used. Use this company. I promise you won't be disappointed.

LIFE sometimes can be COMPLICATED & Very very difficult, I lost a contract that was my main source of income, went behind on payments BUT get caught up when I can. Today checking out system noticed VALVE OFF, call JC front office and spoke to Libby very very HOSTILE individual And justifies herself WAY TO MUCH when we are “ONLY ASKING WHY ARE THE VLAVES OFF” I ask her if they where to come on to our property we should now put a trespass on their company to her that was a THREAT and a good reason to hang up our call. Again I ASKED her if that was something we needed to do never said WE WHERE GPING TO DO THAT!!! As a remark of them not leaving our system off when disabling it for non payment. I would have not left a review as such if at least JC would have answered his call after talking to Libby but it’s a possibility he was next to her when we spoke 😆😆😆😆…………Anyway GOOD people for last 2 years until now that a conflict has arrised…..NOT EVERY COMPANY OUTHERE CAN HANDLE PRESSURE when a customer is upset.

I have been an ongoing customer since 1998. This is my fourth system with The Water Doctor. The entire business has always done right by me, treated me with dignity, respect, and like family. My needs have always come before their business, selflessly. I am so thankful to do business with people who work with me, understand my water needs and concerns, and go above and beyond to support my family. If I could give them 2,000 stars I would. All of the people involved are the BEST. I am thankful for the communication, the knowledge, and when the unit is falling apart, they work with me on a remedy to keep my home going. I am very sensitive to chorine medically. This is a huge relief for myself and my family, my mind is tranquil and at ease. Thank you guys for being so stellar with me. Words in this review, couldn’t ever bring justice to the peace of mind I feel with this awesome business, and the way I am handled.

A few weeks ago, I had this company come out for service. As the technician was finishing up, I had to leave briefly to pick up my kids. He told me, “No problem, we’ll bill you.”

I paid my bill and all fees promptly because that's the right thing to do. However, telling a customer you'll bill them and then failing to send a bill—or even make contact—until two months later, only to then include late fees and a $3 charge for sending an invoice, is not how professional billing should work.

When I finally received the “invoice,” it wasn’t even a proper invoice—just a generic letterhead with no invoice number.

I called today to pay the balance without dispute. I gave my credit card info and settled the charges. Then, I politely tried to explain to the receptionist that this billing process is flawed and misleading. Before I could even finish a sentence, I was cut off with, “Well, that’s just the way it is here.” Fine. Won’t be calling back.

Two minutes later, I get a call from her mother, who I thought might bring some professionalism to the conversation. Instead, she wanted to add my email to the account—curiously, after I had already paid all the charges. I can’t help but think the call was prompted by my earlier complaint and not a genuine follow-up.

She barely acknowledged my concerns and seemed more interested in defending their process and justifying the fees. I guess calling out poor service and rude behavior didn’t sit well.

Had they simply sent the invoice up front with the $3 charge, I would’ve paid it without hesitation. Instead, I ended up paying $25 more for the privilege of experiencing their “professional” billing process.

I had no intention of writing a review—I was prepared to pay my bill and simply never use your services again. Dealing with a rude receptionist is one thing, but receiving a follow-up call from the owner (who also happens to be her mother) trying to explain the situation away by blaming missing contact information? That just confirmed everything. An apology or even an ounce of accountability could have salvaged the relationship, but pride got in the way. So here we are.

I have been using this company for more than 7 years and I have had nothing but wonderful experiences they are always knowledgeable helpful and professional...All the employees have been exceptional when ever I need service or just a routine delivery...I have recommended them to numerous friends bc of their excellent knowledge and experience with water treatment systems...I would rate them higher if I was able....
