I called him at 10:30pm on a Friday night with a well emergency (the house had no running water) and he was there the next morning! Fixed it within MINUTES and gave me a price that was truly half of what I was expecting considering the urgency and the fact that it was a weekend. Explained everything thoroughly and you can tell that he has great character. Little did he know that I’m a property manager with over 600 properties under my belt, he just got all my future business off this one interaction we had. 10/10!

I can't say enough good things about JB Wells and Water! After Hurricane Milton, we were left without water for three weeks, and finding a well company with any availability seemed impossible. Thankfully, they went above and beyond to squeeze us into their busy schedule and get us set up with a brand new well. They were incredibly knowledgeable, explaining each step of the process and making sure we understood everything. On top of that, their pricing and service were unbeatable. Thanks to their expertise and dedication, we now have a reliable water source again. Highly recommended!

Highly recommend this business. Woke up with no water. Called at 7a.m. Spoke with Jerry who informed me that he would work us in as they had an extremely busy day ahead. Showed up at my house around 11:30 and my wife greeted Mark who was waiting for her. Diagnosed the issue, which was a bad pump, and Mark had us up and running with water a few hours later. Mark was very informative to let my wife know what was going on. Great service, friendly, and you won't be disappointed. Thanks again Jerry and Mark!

I can’t recommend this company enough! I’m a single mother and my well collapsed. They were the most reasonable estimate I received. They came out in a timely manner and drilled and installed a new well for me. I am so happy. They were very professional and did an excellent job. I just took the best shower of my life!
