Professional, Prompt, and affordable. Jeffery had a crew out within the hour to deal with our well issue and had it resolved in less than an hour. His crew was very helpful and honest. Definitely our well service company from here on out!
I was having issues with my well tank and my water pressure along with allot of sediment and sulfur smell. With my well tank there was too much pressure in the tank and it was causing it to turn on and off every few seconds, they came out fixed the issue with it, now to the next issue i was having was the water pressure, sediment and smell, come to find out the last people who worked on it put the filter on backwards, so they put on a new filter for me and fixed the issue. I was worried it was going to cost allot of money but they were very fair in their price and they ended up giving me a break. When I called for service they were out within a couple of hrs and had everything fixed by the next day and I will be forever grateful
My pump was leaking and my plumber told me to get ahold Jeffrey. SO happy I did! He came out and had my problem fixed within maybe 10 mins! Awesome guy. Down to earth and fair. Thank you so much Jeffrey!! Ill get with you next time I have a problem!
Spoke with this man months ago, we agreed he would drill a well on my property. I always thought he man of his word. Checked with him several times during the waiting time to make sure we were on track for the job. However, after waiting more than 4 months, I placed another call to coordinate with him to proceed. He then gave me an excuse telling me I had to wait two more months.
Sir, excuses only satisfy the person who provides them, not the customer and if your intentions were not to do the job from the beginning, then you should've been responsible enough to say it and not have me waiting all this time.
The good part is the job will be perform next week by a different company.
If there were 10 stars I would definitely give them 10/10 the best customer service I’ve ever had. Had a broke pipe and they came out that evening and fixed it.
