Absolutely unacceptable customer service. The person who answered my call was shockingly rude, dismissive, and completely uninterested in helping. They didn’t even ask why I was calling, and the conversation felt more like a one-sided interrogation than a professional interaction. The tone was authoritarian, cold, and frankly disrespectful. This company clearly has no regard for basic courtesy or customer care. Avoid at all costs.
