This company is a stand-up business that helped get us through one of our worst nightmares after our builder abandoned us. I remember how they came out to check on our system just before a major hurricane when we were on the other side of the country. Not only are they great communicators, but they do what they say. We feel we have lifelong friendship with this company. They are truly a good, respectable business that you can trust.
I can’t recommend Irrigation Plus enough, They are Very Knowledgeable, Professional Down to earth people that truly care about their customers, don’t hesitate to ask questions or express your concerns because they will help you out in any way they can. From the team members answering calls to their field crew, everyone is very friendly and understanding, have no doubt they’ll take care of you. As parents we need to have everything working at the house for our kids at all times and this company understands that to the core, They recently fixed our water pump issues and a little more, also back with Hurricane Ian, they were quick to assist us when a tree branch fell on our system and we were left with no water. Irrigation Plus as well exceeded our expectations, you will not find this kind of honest service anywhere! from the bottom of our hearts, thank you and God bless your Company!
Can't say enough about Seth and Keith. I have received quotes and this company not only was almost half the price of their competitors. They also have extremely responsive customer service. They stand behind their products and have come out a few times for any questions and just to teach me how to use the new system. It is never a problem for Keith. Anna, Phyllis, and Tina in the office were responsive and quick with a quote and scheduling. They got answers to any questions I had quickly. The well was put in much quicker than I was told and I was very happily surprised. Don't be fooled by other companies with high price tags. They are charging double because they are offering financing but in honesty all they are doing is pushing you off onto a credit card company. Do yourself a favor and go with the right company the first time!! You can shop for your own credit card.
