Absolutely phenomenal Customer Service from start to finish!! From Julian in Sales to Ozzy and team who installed my attic fan and blew insulation into the attic, they're all fantastic! Prices are great, they are all very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Couldn't be happier!! Call them if you need insulation - one of the best investments you can make. 👍
I was looking for a good local insulation company and came across Insulation Pluss online. Noticed they had great reviews so I thought of giving them a shot. I just drove there since I wasn't far and I was greeted by the owner, Ross. He walked me through the whole entire process and even booked me an appointment on a tied schedule. Nice office staff. Also the guys who did the insulation were great and knowledgeable. They techs did a great job and cleaned really well after themselves. They even put my attic door back in place for me. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to have their attic insulated. I will give them a 10 star from start to finish. Thank you Ross.
Julian came out and gave us a quote that was very good. Showed up on time and very courteous and no pressured sales pitches just very well informed and knowledgeable. Chris and Rashand were prompt for our appointment Saturday morning and also were very courteous and did an excellent job and cleanup. We would definitely recommend this company. Insulation plus did an amazing job on my insulation! They were very easy to work with and in and out within and hour. Gave me pictures and showed me where they improved my insulation. Ross, the owner, is a straight shooter and gave me a very reasonable estimate and educated me on what kind of insulation I needed even if I went with another estimate.
