IGT Solar - Independent Green Technologies

IGT Solar really came through for us. We interviewed and received quotes from national and local firms. IGT came highly recommended by friends. We are happy to have selected an established local company which helped us deal with several complicating issues on site. IGT was competitive on price and installed the best equipment - sixteen of the highest producing panels on the market matched with the best Enphase microinverters on a ground-mounted rack. IGT installed panels more powerful than we contracted for which is wonderful bonus.

IGT staff are a pleasure to work with. Their staff and crews are professionals and did excellent work. IGT worked overtime and pulled out all the stops to install my system by the end of December. They delivered on their commitments, and responded timely to my many questions throughout the process. I'll be calling IGT when I purchase an electric vehicle and need to add panels and batteries to my PV system.

Update: When a microinverter failed after about 3 years, IGT's excellent service staff replaced the microinverter under warranty and charged a reasonable fee for their time. Following the purchase of an electric vehicle, IGT electricians installed an Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment (charger) in my garage so we can recharge our EV at home using free electricity generated by the sun. IGT is a great company to work with.

The technicians were very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable! The quote we received for installing a Tesla wall charger came in way lower than others we received. I would definitely recommend IGT to anyone who is needing an EV charger installation!

I am 75 years old and, in my entire life, I have never dealt with a business that operates with more integrity and professionalism than IGT Solar. There is a long story behind this but suffice to say that IGT not only stood behind their guarantees but spent thousands of dollars of their own money to ensure them. My 19 year old grandson is starting a car detailing business. We spoke recently about how you operate a business with integrity and how you build a customer base and customer loyalty. I used IGT as my example. I recommend them to anyone who wants to install an efficient, fully-operational solar system. Without reservation.

I could not be happier with the solar arrays that IGT installed for us in our backyard. The construction is incredibly solid, and the panels/inverters are of high quality. There is no doubt that this thing will still be standing after a major hurricane! Hats off to Jordan for working with me on the design and getting our financing in order. Its been a real pleasure watching the whole process of putting something like this in, from building the racks, to digging the trench to run the powerlines, to the actual panel installs... These guys are pro's, and they stand by their products and services! I look forward to working with them again in the near future on a battery system and possibly solar water heaters. ;)

I interviewed 3 companies before selecting Independent Green Technology (IGT) Solar to install my panels. They designed a great system. They showed up on time, did a great job, it looks good and it works great. The system works so good I have not paid an electric bill since the system was turned on. We have survived 3 hurricanes and had enough power to keep my important items running. I like that I can go on the web and see how much electricity we are making. The system works so good that I bought a Volt electric car and did not have to buy gas for 3 months because the car ran on solar. The system has already paid for itself and now I am making money off it. This is a better investment than my retirement fund. I was so happy with IGT that I insisted they let me help them design and sell solar.
