Outstanding service technicians! They stayed in constant dialogue with me to determine my desires as they installed the new Daikin Fit A/C system. So far, the system is cooling my house much better than my old Trane system. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a new Heat Pump/AC system to look into Daikin. They have a great 12 year parts, free labor and service call warranty with each new Daikin system. You can't beat that!
Let me say this is the best a/c company out there. From the first phone call to the last. The customer appreciation they push is absolutely off the charts. I ended up hiring them to do a major job in my home. Total duct work replacement and new hvac system. All the workers and sales people were above and beyond greatness. They really do care about your satisfaction and the work is top ter 10+

Received a confirmation call from Joann earlier today advising that my assigned tech Jelani Benjamin was enroute. Jelani arrived shortly afterwards. He explained how he would be assessing the plumbing issues (sewage backup in shower/slow draining toilet), provide options and a quote, and then proceed per my decision. JELANI EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS! He was very informative and had lots of job knowledge for a young man in his position. His explanations were thorough went beyond my expectations! As a senior person, I treasure speaking those who show genuine concern to add a little patience while insuring I fully comprehend the job at hand. IERNA has been great to me for many years. I love speaking with Joann and Luwanna in the office! Nehemiah Brumfield and Chris Bond did an awesome job installing my new ac unit on 12/11/2024. My most recent ac techs Elian Rivera and Jessica Sessions gave superior service on my semi-annual maintenance appts. I think of all these people often and how they took care of me! Today I added Jelani to the list! I love IERNA, they're just like family!
I had a assessment to determine if I needed a new unit. Moe the tech who did the inspection was outstanding. He gave me all the information I needed to make an educated decision. He was on time and very knowledgeable. He came across as honest and set up an appointment for the next steps. First impressions are great. I will update this review after my appointment to discuss specifics for a new unit. Update: Jess came out to set up our installation and made the process super easy. She was very professional, relatable and informative. She laid out all or options and we chose to have a new HVAC unit installed. The technicians arrived on schedule did the installation and cleaned their work area. They were awesome too. We had our unit inspected by the county to seal the deal and we are so happy. The 10 year parts and labor warranty gives us piece of mind. The unit works beautifully. We couldn't be more happy with the company's service.
