I contacted Keith at Hydrology on a water softener who did my neighbors house and he was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Keith and Brad both owners did a great job installing the softener and reverse osmosis. Brad did not cheap out but went above and beyond my expectations as Brad did the electrical work which was great with his knowledge and they even put a plant to hide the water softener. I had others come give me a bid but Keith and Brad were by far the best. Thank you guys for the outstanding service and I highly recommend this company to anyone needing assistance.

We had a great experience working with Brad at Hydrology! From the start, it was clear that he is a true professional. He took the time to explain our water softening system, which was installed by the previous owners, and made sure we fully understood how it works. We really appreciate that he runs a family owned small business, and it’s obvious that he takes pride in doing the job right. Not only did he offer great service, but he also did it at a fair price. Keith from Hydrology Inc was absolutely fantastic! He originally sold us our water softening system and has been an incredible resource ever since. When we recently had an issue, he responded quickly, arrived on time, and repaired the system efficiently with clear explanations every step of the way.

Both Keith and Brad, are both awesome in their respective field. Starting with the installation of my water purification system to assisting me interchange my refrigerator in the kitchen with the one in the garage. They installed waterlines to both. Everything works fine. I’m extremely satisfied with the service received from this Hydrology team.

I had a system installed by Hydrology in Sept 2024, so I have had it for almost a year and a half. Water has been great, the reverse osmosis is a game changer, and Brad has been responsive since day 1 (as in, I was not forgotten once the sale was made). Everyone I have spoken to at the company is great to deal with - highly recommend :)
