Just absolutely fantastic! Apparently, no job is too small. I emailed the measurements of the window on the back door of my mobile home, and they had my Lexan panels ready within a week. They supply you with everything you need to get then mounted, too, and are very liberal with the screws, nuts, and bolts. There were plenty of spares. I highly recommend this business for their timelines and efficiency.

PS. I did the install myself.

Outstanding customer service! Had my shutters installed a few years ago and whenever I have an issue they are here to help. This is a terrific company, especially Robbie Molton went above and beyond helping me with some issues on my shutters. Reliable and went out of his way to immediately assist.

Fantastic customer service. I recently bought a home and the home builder had goofed up and installed one of the shutter fasteners in the wrong orientation. So the shutters I had for that window had no way of possibly fitting. I saw the shutter manufacture info was stamped into the shutter and decided to reach out to them. HSPM immediately agreed to provide new shutters that would fit my window and had them to my home in less then a few days. I am truly amazed and happy with how quick they acted.

I am very impressed with this company. I needed shutters on my new home and received the referral from a friend.
From my initial call, everything went smoothly. Talk to Aaron Gallagher to set the appointment, Doug came over and explained the products and our options, emailed me an estimate (within 24 hrs) and installation was scheduled within 2 weeks (small job). Daniel and Doug Jr. came over with the best attitude (refreshing) and did the job quickly and cleanly. High quality materials (stainless steel hardware and aluminum panels) was used, which is so important on beach side. From A to Z, they did a great job. Highly recommend.

Unfortunately, I had the misfortune of dealing with this company a few months ago. Initially, my wife contacted them, but it became apparent that the sales lady was more focused on getting as much money and upselling extras than assisting with the project. I struggled to grasp the specifications, and when I sought clarification, the responses I received were not polite. Since they were close to my area and I see the reviews (by the way old reviews and probably from family members) I proceed the project with this company.

It took three weeks to commence the project, with blame placed on aluminum supply delays. When the team finally arrived at my property, I noticed that the aluminum they used felt notably thinner compared to panels I had seen elsewhere. During installation, some screws were improperly placed, and when I requested adjustments, they were made with some bad attitude.

Later, I discovered that the aluminum they used measured only .0475”, whereas it should have been .063” according to a friend who works at a local metals machine shop it appears they were using lighter panels but charging full price. Earlier this year, my wife and I decided to install impact windows, and it's likely that I'll sell the panels to a scrap dealer. In hindsight, I regret not investing the money in impact windows or slat extruded shutters instead of purchasing these outdated panels
