Charles Saxon responded quickly to our service request, came out and got all of our shutters running great! He was very professional, friendly, and explained everything about our shutters and what he did. We have used HSM several years ago and same wonderful experience. We first met Craig Hill June of 2020 when one of our rolldown shutters needed repair. After calling him, he showed up the same day, fixed the problem, and charged a very reasonable price compared with other vendors we had used in the past.
Since then, we have used HSM for any maintenance and to upgrade all of our shutters to be motorized and remotely controlled with a handheld module, smartphone or Alexa. HSM also custom built and installed shutters for our next door neighbor. Would highly recommend Craig and HSM to everyone. He is always busy, which speaks to his capability and skill, but will respond immediately if in need.
Highly recommend, not only is the team great but these shutters are so high quality. These shutters serve many purposes, not only during a hurricane but, they keep our house cool with the hot Florida sun. We can shut the house up when on vacation for complete full house safety. The remote shutters are awesome and can be used inside or outside of the house. In case of electrical outage they can easily be connected to a battery pack or override with manual crank which is also easy to work. Charles and Craig will work with your financial needs to make it affordable. And they are a family owned business.
