No phone number, no way to reach anybody, $20 charged to my credit card today, and everything stopped working while my vehicle was covered in soap. All the sprayers and generators just Stopped working mid rinse. Then it started spraying tire cleaner out of the rinse option.

People in the bay next-door to me had the same problem. I left there with a car covered in soap and tire cleaner, looking far worse than it was before I went to wash it. No contact for a refund or resolution. Buyer beware I guess.

Charged me $102 for a car wash I didn’t even get because their machine never works. I only noticed because I checked my bank statement. Insane. I had to dispute the charge with my bank since there is no way to reach them.

Socks. Should call it Spotify for the spots after one is finished. One bay wand was broken. Next bay seemed in tact but hose leaked all over me. I got soaked. Had to go home and change clothes and shoes. Never going back to this crap place.

I went to the hurricane car wash on Babcock Street. The menu says the cheapest wash is $9 but it charged me $10.. and then the wash never even came on. 🤬 Never did get my car washed! And there's no phone number to call anybody. I want my money back! you can cash app it to me..$SaltyBeachSoul

A little older but well-kept and well-lit up, good I'm a safety perspective for night use. Could benefit from some updated hoses but all in all it's affordable, and card-friendly except for vending which is quarters only but the change machines are in good shape, and right next to vending. I love the vending in back of wash and the front.... convenient! Love the cheap prices!
