We had an older prefab fireplace with no door in a house we just moved into. There was a warning on it about using aftermarket doors. Dan was thoroughly familiar with the unit and was able to recommend the proper door for it. When it arrived and they installed it, it fit like a glove and dramatically improved the appearance, not to mention eliminating a draft. We also had them clean and inspect the fireplace. After the installer left we tried the fireplace out and when the fire was done I was having difficulty closing the damper. They sent him back and he cheerfully showed me what I was doing wrong. Great people to deal with.
