We are so happy with our Hydro-5 STS water softener from Home Owners Water Solutions. From day one, John confidently told us, ‘Of all the contractors you’re going to be dealing with on your new house, I will be the easiest and most efficient one,’ and he was 100% correct. The system has transformed our water: softer skin, cleaner dishes, and appliances that stay spotless. Between the sleek system and awesome install team, we are still able to park both cars in our garage. It takes up minimal space. The whole process was smooth and professional from start to finish. We have had this service since out house was built in 2017 and it’s now 2026 We have tankless water heaters (2) and The certified service provider tech that comes out here to service these units stated to us that our tankless water heater are spotless and it’s greatly due to the fact of the good water treatment system from UDI.
Mr. John Blackwelder and his team of technicians has continued to provide on a five star service each and every time. It is nearly impossible to find this kind of professionalism, knowledge, expertise, and outstanding customer service in this day and age. You are treated like part of his family. John was very knowledgeable and helpful. He answered all of our questions and provided us with the best water softener for our needs at a great price. We called him on Thursday and had a system installed on Friday.
I still couldn’t get him to mow my yard though.
