They have some wonderful fake flowers and plants 🪴. They have a lot of different ranges of stuff here. I like the home decor that this store carries. I feel like they have good prices. I come home with 3 decent sized items that I think looks lovely. I didn't get to talk to the staff much but they were friendly. The store is keeped clean and is easy to rom around in.
Last week we had bought some decorative bath towels. It happened not to match what we were doing in the bathroom so we decided to take them back.Today my wife and I were out doing a couple of errands in Brandon and stopped at the Home Centric in Brandon,by Kane's Furniture. We needed to return the towels and get our money back. We got in line to do the return and waited for the associate to finish up with the customer she was helping. She thenn came over and we explained nicely about returning the towels. Even let her know that we had the receipt and the tags that were on them. That's when she became very upset and nasty towards us. Saying that since the towels did not have the cardboard tags still attached and they had been washed that she couldn't take the return. But we explained we had everything to make the return. So she started the return while make very unnecessary facial gestures. She then gave my wife in a not so friendly way the cash back in her hand. Didn't even tell us to have a good day. So we decided we were going to do a little shopping so while shopping there was a customer behind us and she started talking to the customer about our situation and then in the meantime also had an associate come up from the back and sit there and start talking about the towels and looking over at us and I find that to be a very unprofessional until we had left the store to discuss if any of this or take it off to the side and talk about our situation so I find this to be very unprofessional on how we where treated and I probably will not be coming back to this store for a very long time.
5 stars because I love this place and the cashiers. My new favorite store for sure. Great variety and great prices. Wish they had more baby stuff.
