Hollywood Tech Shop

I’ve been traveling so much and using my Go Pro and I accidentally broke a small piece that covers the the mic. I was in the neighborhood and seen the sign “Tech Shop” it was a sign from heaven lol.

I spoke to Michael he wasn’t to sure if the device but he informed me to just come on in to get an assessment and was kind enough to wave the diagnostic fee.

When I arrive, I met Eric and he ultimately re-insured me that it could be fixed and to come back the next day so the piece will dry off completely!

I’m pleased to say that it went smoothly and I’m super happy with the final results and the service itself. It was only $20 which is reasonably price and of course I tipped. Thank you again guys!

Great shop. They repaired my broken laptop motherboard for a quarter of the price of a new motherboard and that within 2 days. Great job.

I correct my first Rezension. The first repair broke again a few weeks later and than they screwed it up. They fixed the motherboard but broke the whole housing and monitor. Laptop is not longer usable. Luckily I was able to safe my data.

Never again. Very sad because at first it seems they doing a good job but then...

I am an independent business owner and my computers are critical. I have had trouble before in finding a computer technician that was reliable and knowledgeable as well as honest. I was wondering am I asking to much. Well I came to US Tech shop I was in need of some serious help. Sebastian was wonderful he said Roger you look stressed out what is wrong. He took the time to understand what the issues and problems were. He is a rare find he was patient and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what needed to be done. He is very creative and never made me feel rushed or pressured. He was able to solve my problems at a very reasonable price. I was very pleasantly surprised. I feel very lucky to find him and will refer him to my family friend and anybody who wants someone who is reliable knowledgeable and honest.

I crossed my fingers and it paid off big time. My Gateway PC was fixed within 24 hours, actually the same day at approximately 1/3rd the cost of other estimates! In other words the other companies I contacted either misdiagnosed my computer issue or were high estimates or were going to rip me off. Additionally Jason, the owner, was respectful, sensitive and attentive to my calls, most importantly HONEST and TRUSTWORTHY. The Tech Shop represents the best of what you would expect in technology repair, and, a microcosm of how every b2b, b2c and their respective personnel should function, A+ workmanship and pride at blue collar prices.
