Our pipe froze during the cold front and we ended up without water a couple days later. I knew they had to be extremely busy since we definitely weren’t the only ones dealing with this. They were still able to come out the same day, which I really appreciated. The technician was super nice, quick, and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. These guys are the best! They installed our new well pump a few years ago and did a great job! Today I had a minor issue with our well spigot. I called Mike the owner and explained my issue. He happened to be nearby so he arrived in less than 10 mins, fixed our well spigot and was quick and courteous!

Bought a new pump for the well, but was experiencing problems with zero to little water pressure in the mornings as I was getting ready for work. Didn't make sense considering this was a new pump. Come to find out my charcoal filter was recharging at the same time I would take showers. Ever since the timer was adjusted to the appropriate time, l've experience great water pressure. HP&WD is super responsive with same day service. I wish all companies operated like Hillsborough Pump and Well Drilling. Can't recommend enough.
My Well pump failed on a holiday weekend. Calvin from Hillsborough Pump came out and replaced the pump same day I called at $1000 less than a competitor. He was super nice and everything was cleaned up after the job. Highly Recommend
