Twin wall beds were the best idea for the bedroom. Very well made with no particle board. They were able to do a color match for us. Installer’s were very courageous and professional. The owners were great working with us on ideas. It’s a great family company and I would highly recommend them. Thank you Hiddenbed!
My husband and I are very happy with our new furniture. I enjoy crafting but always have trouble finding enough room to work on my crafts. I don't like leaving the mess on the dining room table. I have plenty of room now with my two desks that pop out. When I am done, I pop them back in and no one even knows all my crafting gadgets are there when I turn it into a bedroom. I only have the nicest things to say about Hiddenbed Cape Coral, with both the product and the service. I was nervous to purchase a Murphy bed online because quality is important to me, and all I could find were fake wood systems. I visited Hiddenbed in person, and found they had a wide variety of styles in hardwood. They have additional styles not immediately visible in the showroom. I wanted a very plain, white, modern version, and although they had no examples in the store they did have photos of past work that fit my interest. I was warned that because I was not getting any molding due to the simplicity of my design, that a seam would be visible down the center of the unit (two panels must be used due to the size of queen beds, which would result in a seam). However, the craftsmanship was so great that this seam is all but invisible. I thought this was an excellent sign of both work quality and also communication. The lift mechanism is so strong that it is easy for one person to lift the bed. The installation team was prompt and courteous, and helped me move my mattress out of the way before install of the unit. Installation cost was included with the bed purchase, for a lesser cost than many low-quality online models. There were COVID supply-related delays, which of course is not the company’s fault, and they did a great job keeping us informed about this issue. I would be highly confident purchasing from them either in-person or online. Thank you for the lovely experience!
