I had this company come and install vinyl plank flooring in my condominium in Orlando in June of 2023. They quoted me a fair price and the owner Chuck seemed like he meant well and had a good company. There was a bit of misunderstanding as I was going through my approval with my HOA as they desired a certain type of cork padding underneath the vinyl which had to be a certain size. Chuck didn't know anything about this but he knew that it was being installed in a condo on the third floor so I can tell the company probably never conducted work on a condo prior to this. After showing the HOA several samples and originally getting the wrong size once or twice It was later approved and we set a date for the installation. The team was wonderful and worked great with my HOAs silly rules of not being able to work on the weekends. The flooring looked very nice when complete. About 18 months later I discovered a small dip in the flooring which became dramatically apparent to the eyes as you first enter the condominium, and when you walk over it. I called Chuck and his company to see if they could have someone come out to take a look at it and I was willing to pay for it to be fixed from the very beginning. Chuck mentioned that even though it falls outside of the one year warranty, he would still have his man Jose go out to my condo and take a look at the dip. When I spoke to Jose on the phone and scheduled a date he didn't come on the date we both scheduled, he was a no show. I called Jose again to try and reschedule another day and he told me it would be a minimum of $400 to fix it and he doesn't want to come out for something that small. I called Chuck again to let him know what his contractor Jose said and Chuck advised that he would handle it. A week later I still have no call from Jose or Chuck even though I was willing to pay to have them come out and fix the dip in the flooring due to their poor original work. MY ADVICE TO ANYONE HIRING THIS COMPANY WOULD BE to get in writing any warranty information for the work that is completed by their team. Had I known it was only one year I probably would have gone with other companies that I quoted which had longer warranties. I am very upset that they would not come out and even look at the dip which was caused by their negligence and now I have to hire another company to come out and fix their improper installation. Chuck never called me to follow up if Jose had rescheduled and Jose never called me again whatsoever. The company is not as organized as I would have wanted it to be having paid such a large sum for such a large project and I would recommend more professional and established companies to deal with for anyone looking to change their flooring.

We loved having Chuck and his crew redo our floor and backsplash! We just moved to Florida and he was so helpful updating our house. He was informative and really helped us make the best choices!

Chuck and Larry and Diane did a wonderful job!!! I love the floors and molding. They have done every room in my home and what a transformation from when I moved in! I just walk around the house and look at how beautiful it is. Thanks to the entire crew!! Always on time and did exactly what I asked for.

They did a fantastic job installing laminate flooring in place of carpeting for us. I highly recommend and will be using them again myself.
