I recently hired Harrison Contracting for an exterior painting job for a commercial shopping center I manage, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From the initial consultation to the final walkthrough, the team was professional, punctual, and detail-oriented. They took the time to properly prep the surfaces, protect sidewalks, plants, tenants sidewalk decor, and deliver a smooth, clean finish that completely transformed the space.
Communication with William and Diana was excellent throughout the entire project, and they stayed on schedule and UNDER budget. It’s clear they take pride in their work and truly care about customer satisfaction. I would absolutely hire them again for future projects and recommend them to anyone looking for top-quality painting services.
I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone — not even to someone I dislike. Their service is disorganized, unresponsive, and inconsiderate to the businesses they affect.
First off, they advertise as a “local” company, but that’s misleading. I’m in Florida, and any time I call, I get someone in Georgia who has no idea what’s going on. You’re passed from person to person, and even after being told you’ll get a call back, it rarely happens. You have to chase them down just to get the most basic issues resolved.
Their crews drop equipment wherever it’s convenient for them — regardless of who it blocks or affects. I’ve seen them leave boom lifts in front of active job site entrances that are not theirs. On top of that, they have no problem filling your paid dumpster with their trash.
At the end of the day, this company doesn’t care about the impact they have on others — only about their bottom line. If you’re a local business trying to operate smoothly and respectfully, steer clear. You’ll spend more time cleaning up their mess than getting your own work done.
