Unprofessional every step of the way. Called and made an appointment. Appointment time came and 15 minutes passed I call & ask if they’re coming. Lady on the phone said system messed up & appointment was for next day, but she will be there in 30 minutes. She comes & takes measurements with her phone and says she will have estimate later that night or next day. Well two days go by and I call again asking if estimate is going to be sent. She told me she would call or text with estimate, ends up sending an email. $36,000 to put in two gates and a privacy fence around 2 acres? Estimate was not itemized so we have no idea what it actually is that costs that much, is it labor, is it the automatic gate? The wood? Who knows! Needless to say we won’t be using this company.

Harris Fence Installation has always done excellent work for us. Professional and exceptional work. I highly recommend this company.

Took them 3 tries to quote us on the correct work (issues included incorrect measurements for the new fence, incorrect gates, and incorrect fence height). Getting the correct quote took more than a month due to Harris ignoring phone calls, not returning phone calls/messages, and not replying to emails.

Now it's been nearly a month since I've got the accurate quote and I can't get them to answer a phone or email to get put on their schedule. I've never worked so hard at trying to give a business my money and they work so hard not to take it. A little mind blowing to be honest....

In my opinion, there is no way that a business run this unprofessionally could provide a quality product at the end.

It looks like we'll be in the market for another fencing company, hopefully one that answers the phone and returns calls...

Excellent service and friendly employees. MR Harris will even tell you other options on equipment that may serve you better, even if he doesn't carry that particular brand or style. His helpfulness and honesty saved us over $1000 on our install. I highly recommend this company for your fencing needs.
