This is the third job that Harbor septic has done for me, and it’s about time I gave them the outstanding words of praise that they deserve. Keith Wessner and his team are amazing professionals who ensure that the job is done right and to the customer’s satisfaction every time. Most recently, we had a clog caused by grease that a plumber could not fix, so we had Harbor septic come and pump our tanks only to find that did not solve the problem; nonetheless, undaunted, his associates, Allen and Joey, did not quit until the clog was freed and water was running clearly into the septic tanks and drainfield. If you have septic issues or just need a clean out, you will not be disappointed by hiring this company. It’s gratifying to know that there are still reputable and industrious companies in this market.
Company arrived and never turned on the pump. Driver/operator wrote us a receipt that barely could read and tried to charge us $400 even though we received a quote for $350 . We are very ☹️☹️ disappointed. They supposedly take self serving photos of digging instead of a video. The driver had the unmitigated gaul to tell me " never call them again" . He could have saved his breath because I won't. Also, this is a family business and personally I don't put too much stock in these reviews. Because they are a family business is probably felt comfortable telling me don't ever call them again. I believe all these reviews come Caucasians and I did not get the same so- called professionally treatment as these writers Also, I did pay them so they will have a good laugh at my expense a
