I normally don’t leave negative reviews—it’s not my style—but this experience deserves to be shared because the issue isn’t just one employee, it’s the overall culture of the store.
From the moment you walk in, there’s no greeting and no acknowledgment. Employees avoid eye contact and make you feel like an inconvenience. Heaven forbid you stop someone in an aisle to ask a question.
Recently i went in and I asked a manager that was walking on one of the isle for an item that I coulnt find and his response was simply, “If it’s not on the wall, we don’t have it.” No effort to check, no willingness to help—nothing.
A few weeks ago, I had another interaction with another manager not the same one, near the registers. I asked if I could grab the same item I was returning so I could do an even exchange without waiting in line twice. His exact response was, “I don’t know—ask the cashier,” while there were seven people in line. Completely rude and dismissive. I ended up returning the item and ordering it from Amazon instead.
If this is how the managers behave, it’s no surprise the cashiers or regular employees follow suit. When it’s your turn to pay, they don’t even call you up. Instead the wait for you to come up to ask for your phone number. And thats as far as that interaction goes some times not even a thank you. They chat about personal matters with coworkers while scanning your items, without acknowledging you at all.
Aside from one employee who always seems to be smiling due to face expression he is nice and helpful. the staff is extremely unprofessional, lacks basic manners, and comes across as rude and uninterested in helping customers.

The Mr. and I went to buy a hydraulic press for my business. They had just what I needed. The crew that brought it to the parking lot was very kind and helpful. The 1st thing made was a few Leather Market Bags.

Not what you would expect in a store. Everything you need is nicely placed in each area of concern only. Downfall slow with checkout. Be patient

Store was neat and clean and well organized. Found what I was looking for and checked out , all within ten minutes.
