H&M Impact Window and Door

Just wanted to give a big thumbs up to H&M Windows for the great job they did for us replacing a window and a door with hurricane safe ones.
The window replacement was quick and so well done that they didn’t even need to fix the stucco or paint!
The slider door from our kitchen to our patio was a little more complicated because we needed it to be handicapped accessible, but this is where they really shined.
They helped us choose a 3 panel door for a wider opening and then lowered it into the floor enough so that there is no lip at the threshold, allowing the wheelchair to roll in and out smoothly.
It required cutting into the cement floor inside and the wall a bit on the outside to get it to fit, but they repaired it all, including replacing the door trim and even sending a specialist to repair the stucco!
Every member of the team was polite and professional, and the window and door both look great and make the rooms so much quieter.

Great company to work with. Family owned and very responsible for the work they do. they did an excellent job installing our new impact windows and doors. They repaired all the damages to the stucco outside and the dry-walls inside and left the job clean and ready for paint. Some other companies leave those repairs to the homeowner which can be frustrating and costly. Overall we were very pleased with the work and the communication with their staff, in particular Kelly and katie at the office, Brandon and Skyler at the office and on the job and also Henry on the job along with their other workers. They were well organized, efficient and hard working. The company showed up on time, cleaned up after themselves everyday and cared for our home by protecting our belongings from dust. H&M replaced our front door and sidelights with HVHZ impact-rated double doors and did an outstanding job. I take online reviews with a grain of salt but in this case I believe they are all true reviews as I also experienced the helpfulness, professionalism and pride of workmanship that others have repeatedly mentioned. Skyler, Kelly, Brandon and the others are all wonderful people and I think it would be foolish to get new impact windows or doors without getting a price quote/consultation from H&M.
