Asked them to fix a leak at my house. Charged $630 for them to tell me they didn't fix my problem after attempting to re-plumb and that it would be $3,000 or more to replace my unit.
Got a second opinion, he fixed it in 5 minutes.
They are now non-responsive and unwilling to compromise with me.

I've gotta think that I am one of the longest standing customers H2O Technologies has. We have been customers since 1990. I liked the company so much I worked 25 years for them. Now I'm retired and Shawn is my route driver who takes real good care of us. The water is consistently delicious and almost every jug has a handle for easier lifting. The office has my CC info and bills me at the end of each month. I get a reminder email the day before my delivery to put my empty bottles out. It's a great service and if you enjoy crisp, clean mountain spring water, I highly recommend their service.
I have been using this company on a regular basis probably over 20 years. I find the employees very helpful and friendly, and get every 3 week, 5 gallon bottles of Callaway blue spring water, on a dispenser I pay a little over $9 for the hot flash cold dispenser, and about $8.50 for the 5-gallon bottles. They have just recently gone up from $7 per bottle, after all these years! I highly recommend this company, and every employee I have dealt with over the years has been extremely friendly and helpful, and the couple who own and operate the business have been there many years, doing the great job they do! They also sell the Callaway blue in cases of 16 oz bottles, which I believe are $14.99, which they will also deliver.
Such a disgusting people charged me $710 without my permission for what ? This people are scam everyday should aware of these company ! They didn’t fix ice machine they and we bought brand new machine and even so they charged me $710 ! You guys need to refund my money !!!!
