Visited a few times the past 20-25 years and they always have something I’m needing for car audio or other interior car projects Staff is polite overall. Prices seem fair overall. Definitely an “old school” vibe in this place.

Amazing customer service! Had a great selection in stock and I was able to match colors perfectly! Very impressed with this store! They helped a ton with ideas and recommendations for the project and it came out 10x better than expected due to their help!
So this place has everything you need for whatever fabric you are looking for. The service was great. They went out of there way to get the foam I needed from one of there suppliers. Called me when it came in and the prices are great as well. I will be using them for now on for all

I WAS ACCUSED OF STEALING
It's not the first time I've had problems here, but I've never written a review, but I can't let it go today, and I'll tell you about the other problems later.When I arrived I showed the employee two boxes that I had brought with the product I needed so he knew exactly what it was and I gave him my order,And I told him I was going to the room where they have fabrics for sale.
When I returned to the counter, the things I ordered were already there, and I told the boy that I was only going to take some of the things, and I took the two boxes that were mine and put them in my bag.At that moment the boy told me, "You have kept the two boxes I gave you, give them back to me." I replied, "You haven't given me anything. I just got back, and everything was here, and these are the two boxes I brought."At that moment there were more people there, other boys and an older woman and the boy kept saying Give me back the boxes that you have kept Give me back the boxes that you have kept accusing me of having stolen. And I said, well, you're accusing me of stealing.And I told him, I haven't taken anything, check me, check my things and check your security camera so you can see that I haven't stolen anything.I'm going to leave all my things here on the counter, I'm leaving without anything, I'm going to the room where the sales are, check your camera and come back when you're ready. I was super upset and mortified that they accused me of stealing for no reason and repeatedly.
When I saw him return to the counter, I approached him and the only thing he said was the ones I found in the warehouse, the total of what he buys is $$.
All the employees there acted as if nothing had happened, no one apologized or said anything to make amends for what had happened.It's not the first time something has happened to me in that business and no one wants to take responsibility. Everyone wants to wash their hands of it and blame someone else or ignore what happened.And I think the worst thing is that they feel offended or upset when someone claims something is right and they have done wrong.
I'm looking for that business there, it's just the last option I have in the city I'm in.
