He genuinely cares about the customer, and helped me choose great new windows at the best price. They also are happy to work with the Florida My Safe Home program, which is such a blessing. Had the windows installed by Guardian Shield Windows and Doors, and they were very easy to work with, from initial consultation (Dec 2024) to final inspections (Mar 2025). Did some remodeling after home was flooded by Hurricane Milton, decided to upgrade windows as well. They took their time with me to explain the differences of glass, frames, locks, ratings etc. This was by far the best experience as far as professionalism, timeliness, cleanliness, cost & payment plan. They were a well-oiled machine with installation. I love my new windows/doors, I can finally sleep-in without all the excess outdoor noise.
