Our condominium community is currently dealing with serious landscaping and irrigation issues. Large areas of turf are dead, flower beds are overgrown, and shrubs are dying.
Most concerning is that the irrigation system does not appear to be functioning properly. Without working irrigation, the grass cannot recover. We hope management will address these problems promptly and ensure owners’ dues are being used responsibly.
Based on the scope of services outlined in the landscaping contract, the company is not meeting its contractual obligations. Owners are paying for services that are clearly not being delivered as agreed. We expect corrective action and accountability.

We hired Green Tech after several other companies failed us. Within a few months they had our neighborhood turned around from weed control, trimming and irrigation. It was night and day difference in quality.
I see them weekly double checking their work and making sure nothing was missed.
They workers and leaders are amazing!!!
When it comes to community maintenance this is your go to company. They also communicate well and return calls/texts.

Dead grass being mowed and costing condo owners. $$$, edging, trimming flower beds, bushes are over grown. Irrigation major troubles. Not working so why are we paying for throwing up dirt mowing. We have no grass! Irrigation!
Please address these issues.
