Absolutely outstanding service from Green's Environmental! Technicians were very communicative prior to arrival. Once here they got straight to work cleaning our septic tank. Jay and Joe were quick and efficient, taking less than an hour to complete the job. Jay was very kind and knowledgeable as he answered all my questions about our kind of system. Will 100% be using their services again. Thank you Dominic, Jay, and Joe!
This company is great! We had 4 estimates for a new septic system. They had the most thorough estimate. We are so happy we chose them They finished in one day including inspection. The other companies said one day for job and possibly over a week before inspection. They would then be back to cover up soil. Greens went out of their way to make us happy. We were so impressed they even swept road and driveway before they left. Thank you all so much!!
We had to replace our septic tank and drain field about a year after we purchased our home. Having heard horror stories from others I was concerned about our greenery and our driveway. I did get three bids and costs were comparable. I went with Green's because Dominique spent time educating me about our old system, the new system he'd install, and our bushes. I was able to save money by cutting down bushes, which I appreciated him suggesting. He recommended a private soil inspector who would get a permit, which was great because I was able to learn more about our soil and the process from another source. The crew the day of was excellent. They dug up my yard with care, helped me set aside some old terra cotta pipes so I can use them as planters, and swept up my driveway. They didn't damage anything and I didn't have to lose any extra bushes. I was prepared for a nightmare and it turned out to be a breeze! Thanks Dominique and Alex and Mark and everyone! :)
No one wants to have to deal with septic issues, but when our 90+ year old house (with original septic tank!) was in need of a new system, we chose Green's to replace the tank and drain field, and we are pleased we did so. Owner Dominque had someone out to look over our situation within hours of my initial call, and Derrick gave us great advice and suggestions. The installation had many aspects to it (pumping and abandoning old tank, installing new tank in a new location, installing a new drain field in a new location, rerouting sewer lines, etc.) This crew accomplished all this in a single day, and left everything clean and nicely raked. Mark is master operator of the excavator and other machinery. He carefully worked around irrigation( valves, wires and pipes), landscaping, and other peculiarities of an old house. Matt and Tyler were diligent and careful. These guys really put in a tough day of work. Dominique knows his stuff and he even spent several hours personally observing the installation. All the crew were easy and pleasant to work with and all aspects of the job were done very professionally and accurately. (I added some photos of the install process -- once they were done, everything was clean, level and raked out)
The owner always answers the phone or replies very quickly. He is incredibly open and takes time to explain each process or component. It's clear he takes pride in doing good and thorough workmanship.
