Giles is a dependable and reliable company. The communication was good and in terms of cost, I knew what to expect before the electrician arrived. Eric was great! He was on-time, friendly, courteous, respectful and very informative. He answered all my questions. He installed exterior lights, a dimmer switch, new outlets and checked my breaker box, recessed lights and other lights and switches that I had concerns about. I would definitely use Giles again. They are experienced, skilled and trustworthy.

I have to say how impressed I am with Giles Electric response to my service concern. I had a service call scheduled which ended up later than I had anticipated. The service manager followed up to my concerns immediately with a message and a phone call, and resolved the issue. Absolutely one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had.
