Ryan was great. Arrived right on time as scheduled and was very thorough in checking on the unit and explaining the system. We had no previous experience with emergency generators and Ryan made sure we understood everything, answered all questIons and made sure we have we need to operate the system. Would definitely recommend and use again if needed.

GenerX has been with me for almost 15 years now. Their service department is great for yearly inspections and maintenance. Eduardo Rivera has been here for several visits and I am most pleased with his performance. He always arrives when he says he will; he is personable and straightforward; and is very thorough. I always feel that the work suggested is necessary -- he never tries to upsell products. I'm glad each time he comes here.

Update 6-6-25: I posted the below review on a Saturday morning 5-31-25 after having a bad experience with out Generac 24KW. The head of the service department called me within 2 hours to make the problem right. I also received a call from other service people at GenerX to help fix the issue. The following Thursday a tech was here and fixed the programing error on the load shed devices. Basically the load sheds were all programed incorrectly by the installers to start at the same time and not staggered like they should be so the oven, dryer and most important HVAC could not run. I think they were in a bit of a rush. Even in the middle of the night the house in SW FL heated up 4 degrees in a few hours. The tech and I tested the system a few times to make sure it works so I changed my rating up 2 stars. Once I see it runs in the next outage I will revise. Make sure you have they installers show you how your load Sheds work in real time before they leave.

We had a great experience purchasing the generator from the Sarasota office. Once we actually had a power outage we have become very displeased. It seems Canter Power and GenerX have merged and each one says I am a client of the other and no one wants to actually make the generator actually do what it is supposed to do. Last night Lakewood Ranch Azario area had a wide spread power outage at 12:15am 5-30-25. The generator kicked on the lights but the installers somehow missed having the generator run my HVAC system which was the whole reason we purchased it. My wife has bad Asthma and when the AC does not run the has trouble breathing. We were able to get power back before the house hit 80 degrees thankfully. The next AM I called to get the transfer switches fixed so they work properly and GenerX says to call Cantor and Cantor says to call GenerX. So far today I have been on hold or trying to reach someone for 2 hours. When you call for service the hold time tells your place in line and it just seems to go from third to first and then back to third again. There is a service issue that they need to address. Thankfully we were not in a Hurricane or we would have been needing a 911 call to help my wife breathe.

My delivery crew just left and they did a wonderful job. The propane tank is buried in my backyard and it barely looks like anyone dug it up. Tito and his crew were friendly and did a great job. I would highly recommend GenerX if you decide to get a whole home generator

Jesse was super knowledgeable! Explained everything he was doing, showed me how to troubleshoot my system and got everything in tip top shape! It’s always given peace of mind to have a generator but now I feel even better knowing I have a great team I can call if there are any problems.
