Generac installed and finally actually running. Thanks to technician John White. There has been several glitches in the installation process and due to my calling and complaining and griping they finally sent out John White who took care of all of my gripes and concerns in one hour. He fixed it all and I have a functioning system now. They are not paying John his value. Wonderful demos and explanations. Now it works. Great technician. And in the end all of my complaints were justified and fixed finally. Thank you John!!!

was a great experience they took care of everything from HOA approval to permits to install installing. Everybody was great Was done in a very timely manner. It was very easy to work with great experience. I suggest anybody that’s looking for a generator to do business with them.
