Generator Supercenter was fantastic, at every step of the generator process. I am a technology dummy and they were super patient. They kept me informed through the permitting process. Sergio was a tremendous technician, he went way beyond my expectations to show me how everything works and what to expect next. My generator is running smoothly and i have actually had 2 significant power outages since the installation.
I could not recommend Generator Supercenter more, for anyone considering installing a generator! They are superstars!!!!

They did all the permitting and installing to order and code. I have had 2 power outages so far and the generator performed as expected, Excellent !! Sergio was professional and so helpful during our final walk through! He was very knowledgeable and explained why everything worked like it did and how the system and delays would work if the power went out. He gave us good information about maintenance and allowed us to ask plenty of questions. This was a long process but the end result is worth it! Generator Supercenter made installing our backup generator an easy and smooth process. While the overall process was a bit tedious, they came through every step of the way and kept us well informed throughout. From our initial contact with Moises, to Jessica and the helpful office staff who were always responsive and thorough, to Serge, the setup technician, who did a fantastic job with the final installation—everyone made the experience worth the wait.
