The store manager, Stu Wolf, literally trained me over the phone while I was on the job site on how to use these two massive machines. The floor scrubbing machine and carpet cleaning machine can be a bit intimidating, but Stu was with me all the way through, providing clear, expert guidance. He is truly a subject matter expert.

Great old fashion service, that you just wont get from the big guys!!! I’m an electrical contractor, ordered a single man lift to hang two large chandelier. After seeing the fixture we realized we would need two lifts and fast (all the way to Ft Laud beach). These guys made it happen, no questions asked and with a smile.
I recently rented a paint sprayer machine from this company(General Rental Center), and the experience was absolutely outstanding! I want to give a huge shoutout to Stu and James, who were the real stars of the show.
From the very beginning, Stu was incredible—extremely knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and patient. He walked me through everything I needed to know about the machine and made sure I felt confident using it. When the first machine got clogged halfway through the day, Stu went above and beyond. Not only did he spend time helping me troubleshoot the issue over the phone, but when that didn’t work, he invited me to bring it back.
Without hesitation, he provided me with a more powerful machine at no extra cost. On top of that, he added two extra rental days for free to make up for the inconvenience. And since the new machine was too large for my car, he arranged for free home delivery and pickup—unbelievably generous and kind.
James, who handled the drop-off, was just as impressive. Friendly, professional, and right on time. The whole experience felt smooth, respectful, and incredibly customer-focused.
This company sets the standard for excellent service and ethical business practices. I’ll absolutely be using them again and recommending them to friends and family. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Stu was nice at the front but I paid the $30 to diagnose.It took them almost 2 weeks to call me and tell me I need a new chainsaw. I would not have been nuts about it but the chainsaw was hardly used and I could crank it but would cut off after a little while. I have a feeling they messed it up.
