Guy, Carl and Robert just finished installing my 26kw generator. I’m impressed with their professionalism and patience with my questions. They cleaned up the workspace after it was done without me asking, which is a huge thumbs up since I have a farm and always worry about the animals eating something they shouldn’t. Everything looks to be in order and the test run went very well! I’m now less stressed about future storms and outages, since I can rely on something so seamless and one less task to handle and remember! Huge thank you from a very satisfied customer.
The crew was very respectful and got right to work, worked tirelessly to complete the job even though it began raining pretty heavily, explained everything thoroughly and rested the equipment before they left to insure that it was working properly and I understood how it functioned. I was pleased with the 18 months interest free and took advantage of that financing offer. I would strongly recommend their company to others wanting peace of mind for our storms causing power outages.
The Tech, Charles Bonnet, arrived on time, was very personable and technically knowledgeable and efficient. GenCo is simply the best in our area. I have heard numerous horror stories of other companies/vendors over the years. GenCo has been a joy to do business with.
