Owner (John) is extremely unprofessional willing to cut corner and cost at the customers satisfaction. He made decisions on a project without completely understanding the full scope of the situation.

Quoting the industry standard being why he made that decision. Never actually looking at the flashing on the wall or listening to Carlos or his sun contractors.

The work needed is well under the stated standards however did not address the problems at the expense of my customer satisfaction.

I do not recommend. You will be let down in more ways then one. They do not respect your time and the company values show through its owner, John.

Gina the owner has no idea how to talk to customers and majority of her staff follow her by example. They are discriminating towards people with accents. Took them over a year and a half to complete a day project (which has yet to be completed) after the fact that they had over a year to paint the house to begin with. They don't show up to the appointments that were made and when and they do after extensive amount of calling they show up without the paint. If they come with the paint it is the wrong color. Do not hire this company you will be throwing money out the window for work that is shoddy at best. They have no respect for their customers and their time.

They have the worst communication within this company. I have been rescheduled 3 times. Each time, they have wasted my time on the phone as they don’t seem to know their schedule if very well. I was scheduled one day in the afternoon and then they came at 8am, with no prior call to confirm the change in time. It took another week to reschedule.. hopefully they’ll keep their end of the deal and I’ll see them in 2 more weeks. I’ve been dealing with this for a month—for 30 minutes worth of work.

This is by far one of the worst painting companies I have seen. Instead of asking and knocking on the door for us to remove a hanger off of it, they bent the hanger up into the ceiling to paint around it. They cannot even paint around my door knocker completely. There is door trim paint on the wall, and wall paint on the floor. seems pretty amature for a professional company.

GB Painting was hired to paint new homes in the Eagle Creek development, during a job they got paint on our vehicles and damaged both of our vehicles. After numerous attempts to get in contact with them, I was dealing with Field Supervisor Daniel C. He acknowledged the damages and apologized and requested we get an estimate for repairs. We submitted the estimate and didn't hear back from them. After numerous attempts I was able to get in contact with Daniel and he informed me that the owners did not want to move forward with the repair because the cost was to high. I reached out to owner, John Rampino, who was very rude and nasty and basically said he does not care what we do he's not fixing the damaged vehicles and hung up on me.

We have pictures of the damages, text messages by the field supervisor, apologizing for the mistake and admitting that this has happened before, just want everyone to be aware how this company operates. They NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN!
