What a helpful group of people that work here. We came in to buy and grill and accessories. They spent about an hour making sure that what we were buying fit the grill make and model. When one kit didn’t fit, they called their other store and distributor to order the right one for us. Upon checking out, we needed to split the purchase on two cards and they were so accommodating. Definitely a different feel from a big box store!!
This is the second interaction I’ve had at the store where the staff is rude. The first time I didn’t even leave a bad review, I emailed the company directly because I’m not really into giving bad reviews. It’s hard enough to make money out here with bad reviews flooding your pages keeping customers away. But today when I went in with about 5 to 10 minutes before closing, looking to just solely grab a bag of charcoal, the employee who was staring at his phone the entire time said “look buddy we’re closing soon, what do you need?” I said a bag of charcoal, I know it’s close to closing. Then I stopped and said I will go somewhere else and left. Being rude must be a prerequisite to work here. Sorry to interrupt your screen time sir.
Made an order online. When I went to pick it up I was greeted by a friendly worker. From the time I walked in I was made to feel like I was special. The entire staff was friendly and very helpful. They answered all my questions and even provided suggestions on my purchase. I will definitely be returning.
Smaller Ace Hardware but still offers a great variety of products. Super friendly staff just waiting to help you! Great place.
After this store signing off on the 5 propane refills to get your 6th free, most recently as of 9/24, they now say they no longer honor the program. If this is the case maybe you shouldn’t sign the cards creating the expectation of the reward. After spending thousands at this store, this is a terrible experience and shame on this owner. You should honor the cards until they are all gone from the marketplace.
