The car wash itself is quite nice, but unreliable hours have become a recurring frustration. On multiple occasions — including a recent trip on a clear, sunny spring day — I’ve arrived only to find it closed. When you’re paying for a membership, you expect the facility to be open as advertised. Hopefully management can improve consistency, as the wash itself is worth it when accessible

Have been a loyal customer for many years but I went through the car wash at this location a week ago and halfway through the tunnel was smashed into by a truck. Would be very careful at this location as my brand new car was damaged and the truck behind me claims it was the car wash belt. The car wash didn’t even care if I was injured and just immediately denied any wrongdoing and won’t even have a call about it to better understand what happened. A very eye opening experience and if you have a nice car I would avoid this location. Not safe and thankfully my pregnant wife was not in the car. If anyone else has dealt with an issue like this I’d be curious to hear about it as this just isn’t right.
I paid $12 for a car wash, went through at 4:50pm 10-13-2024 and it didn’t get the dirt off the door of my car so I asked if could go through again since the car wash didn’t do its job. Attendant asked the manager and she said NO! Seriously, the only thing worse than the car wash is the customer service! Terrible, imagine if the thing actually damaged your car, good luck with the attitude they have! There’s plenty of car washes with good service and effective machines, when you need a car wash go somewhere else!
Zero stars. Their cheapest wash is $15. What an absolute joke. It takes about 35 seconds to go through the mediocre car wash. They want you to do the monthly fee.
