I brought my new car there early February 2026 and the car wash scratched the back of my car terribly, it's a run around with the claims department and it's been a terrible experience. I won't be going there again.
I paid the premium price and included the option to "blow bugs away". The employee guiding me in did not even scrub the front of the car to get rid of the murder scene on my windshield from all of the love bugs in the area. It is Love bug season and this should be addressed first and foremost as it is the first thing that I see when I get done with a car wash.
This was substandard and not worth the $35 I spent on a car wash.
Pretty terrible. Your kiosk is terrible. The touchscreen doesn't work. Its very laggy and buggy. I got frustrated and left. Needless to say im writing this review from the Mr clean car wash down the street. With as many car wash options as their are now, you should do better.
As a person with a lifelong fear of car washes, I avoid the tunnel at all cost… Thankfully, this location was recommended by a friend and I cannot express how glad I am to have taken the risk! The technician, Anthony, heard my concerns and gave a thorough rundown of what to expect in each step of the process. He was so professional that he did not laugh about my dirty car or even when I pointed out a man with a “plumber’s crack” showing, he stifled his laughter… In the end, I braved the tunnel, my car is sparkling, and owe a deep appreciation to Anthony!
Out of all the places I have gone to get my car washed this is by far the best. I was a member of the tidal wave Car Wash then it got bought out by zip car wash and completely went downhill. I am glad this gate Express Car Wash is here I am a premium or platinum whatever you call it member I get the ultimate car wash and it is above what I expected. My truck comes out the underside clean everything is spotless waxed and buffed the whole nine yards even the tires or shine. Very friendly service. Even if you go by just one time to check it out I promise you will not be disappointed. Even their basic Car Wash get your car extremely clean
