I called Garage Doors over Charlotte to have them replace a broken spring, and was helped by a very nice lady who scheduled me for the very next day.

Marco arrived the next day right on time and got right to work. He had both springs replaced very quickly and then inspected the rest of the door and assembly to ensure there was nothing else wrong with them.

The price for this work was very reasonable.

My garage door was installed today and I am so completely impressed with the quality of the door and more importantly the excellent workmanship. The owner does the install with the help of another gentleman and this was not a simple replacement. He built a new frame and added more matching wood to the outside ensuring a tight seal to my house. He took the time to show me all the features, help me program the code to the outside keypad, and oiled everything up really well. He cleaned not only the door before leaving, but also left my garage and yard spotless. I also want to share that the owner's wife is a great communicator and completely pleasant to work with.
