We bought some luxury furniture at the Altamonte store. The furniture was sold to us pure leather NOT. After 2 years they started peeling they have no repairs. 10k down to drain. Don't buy here.!!!

We bought our master bedroom furniture and formal living room coffee table,and we absolutely love it. The sales rep was nice. She didn’t go the extra mile to assist us, but she was ok. We appreciated that she left us alone while browsing, and didn’t push us to buy anything. The men who came to assemble the furniture were professional and fast.

We walked in, told a saleswoman what we were looking for, she said “we don’t have that” and turned and walked away without saying another word. We continued walking through the store anyway and saw a bunch of outdated ornate stuff. No one else bothered to acknowledge us … it was like we were invisible. Miserable people!

I made 2 purchases in the Altamonte store. Rick assisted me on both purchases. He was awesome to work with. No pressure sales, just the way it should be. The furniture was delivered and during the delivery my stairs were badly damaged. Obviously it wasn’t intentional. I reached out to the store, they requested that I send photos and they would forward it to the General Manager Steve.

Today makes 2 weeks, no response from the GM and my drywall/stairs are down to the metal stud. Interesting how I spend over 2 thousand dollars and everything was fine, now I cannot even get a response. Again, Rick was great but the follow up or lack thereof has been extremely disappointing. I do not plan to ever purchase from Gallery again.

We bought a coffee table for $400 2 months ago and it is cracking and the edges are swelling up. We don’t even eat on this table and hardly have any drinks there so it was a complete shock when we saw that it is falling apart. We went to speak with them at the store and told them we only bought an expensive coffee table so it can be good quality that lasts. The women at the store said “ we don’t sell good quality items we only sell items that look good.” But with an expensive price tag. So if you want something that looks good but is basically a cardboard box that has been spray painted to look good then this is the store for you. She admitted that their items are bad quality. I will never shop here again.
