Got my tablet repaired and picked up soon as I got home and turned it on it started to glitch it’s never done that before now I have to take it elsewhere to see wats wrong with it. and the when the screen was replaced it wasn’t fully on correctly (slightly lifting at the corners) .. for the price I paid for the screen repair and charging pot issue I am not happy! ( don’t get me wrong the staff was nice)

Not only was he able to answer all my questions about transferring providers and retaining my same phone number, but he showed a calm friendliness and respectfulness that will keep me coming back for all my gadget repair needs. Gadget guys is the best I had a small problem with my charging port in my iPhone 16e. I told him what are the issue may be a few minutes later the problem was solved, I am a happy customer. Great people excellent customer service. I recommend everyone to go here.
Guys are great to work with. Came in for a battery replacement and my phone ended up with an additional issue that seemed to result from the repair but could have also been incidental. The guys explained clearly the problem, talked me through it, and fixed the additional issue at no charge. I'll be going back for all repairs. Went there about a year ago for a tablet cracked screen replacement that was done quickly and has held up well since.
Gadget Guys deserve a five star review and more! Excellent customer service, employees/owners knowledgeable, and very friendly. I have taken my laptop, my grandson’s switch, my iPhone and my iPad to them and the service and outcome were excellent. They are honest and fair with their prices and if there are any problems, they will be honest and straight up with the client. I will not even consider taking my electronics elsewhere for repair. I highly recommend their services.
