Pierre was great. Explained everything about the mattresses and adjustable bed frames we decided to go with. Hopefully we will like the bed frames and mattresses we ordered.
Went to other side and purchased an area rug that cost alot even on sale and we hate it. Definitely could have got a much cheaper rug of the same quality that I would have liked at the Walmart. I'm sure i will go to walmart and get a rug I like next week.

I have been going to Furniture Row for quite some time since we moved to Port Orange a year ago and love the reasonable prices and the people that work there. There don’t haggle you like a car salesman. I have been looking for this particular rug and just decided to call and got Laura on the phone. Asked if the Rug was still hanging on the wall and asked if there was a sale on it? She gave me her cell number and said she would get back with me and she was able to give me a sale price and I jumped on it!!
She went out of her way to discuss it with her manager and was able to make me a very happy customer. I will be back for sure. I like the stores decor and prices!!

After many calls , the Store manager got involved . After investigating he followed up with a promised delivery date to the Store of December 19 and to my house December 20th . They held up to the promise and were at my door 8am on the 20th . Again the delivery guys were great . The manager followed up this evening. Because of his effort they have turned this experience around and kept a customer

Sales experience was smooth and no pressure. Will update once furniture is delivered ***,Still waiting on half my order and every time I call ( they dont update or remember what they said last conversation) THEY TELL ME SOMETHING DIFFERENT still waiting on a store manager to call with a real update. Not telling me what they think I want to hear until my next call . The reason I left 2 stars was because the SALESMAN was great as we're the delivery guys on half my order .. They didn't have a problem taking 5k from me but definitely have a problem delivering .
