Great experience! Great staff! No pushy sales person pressuring you to purchase furniture. Nate was super friendly and helpful during store visit & delivering the bed I ordered. The bed looks great and the price was one that I could afford. I highly recommend this local furniture store!
Love our new furniture! Reasonably priced, staff was great, and very helpful. They won’t follow you around and hassle you. Also, delivered our stuff in a couple of hours of our purchase! Will be returning for all my furniture needs.
Very satisfied. Got more furniture than planned. Was met by Handsome Nate upon entering. He lead us to the tv stands then let us roam free. No sale pressure which we loved. Ended up purchasing tv stand, 2 bar stools. Helped us load in kia soul. Ended up returning to get delivered a mattress bed. Kitchen table with chairs and dresser. Plus tv tray. Delivery was on time and they installed everything. Family owned business vert friendly. Explained things so I could understand. Prices were great. I did not buy one piece over 1000 dollars. Will definitely be back. A must at least try place.
I have shopped here on two other occasions and every time, the experience is great! First of all, everybody that works here is so nice and not pushy. They let you take your time and answer any questions you might have and don't use aggressive sales tactics which I sincerely appreciate. I've purchased a mattress and bed frame here as well as a sectional. Today I went in to upgrade and replace my previous sectional and I found what I needed almost right away and the whole process was fast and simple. I was helped by Taylor and she was super sweet! Not only are their prices amazing but they have a huge selection and they are delivering my couch and loveseat later on today. I wasn't expecting such a fast turnaround so that was just icing on the cake. I recommend Furniture Guys to anybody I know who's looking for quality furniture at a reasonable price :)
Another great experience with the furniture guys & lady. I bought bed and furniture from them before, years back and thought of them first when I needed a new bed. Jen in the showroom is wonderful and warm, answered all my questions and had a great conversation. Everything is upfront, no extra surprise fees. They will even take your old item (bed, couch etc) when they deliver your new one, there is a charge for it but it's reasonable. They have a wide selection from beds to living room and dinning room furniture even rugs. It really is a much bigger place than you think it is when you walk in. The delivery guys were on time, called to say they were on the way and polite and helpful too. All around a great experience. I also feel good about supporting a local business. With local businesses you are more than just a payer of goods and the employees are more than just ill treated grunts. You are getting what you need while being part of the community. It's something that is important to me and makes me feel good about my purchase.
