Freedom Health

i have been on line for almost 2 hrs trying to get help with my Vision benefit. I was transferred 3 times and the last person was extremely rude and kept talking over me. she kept asking me the same question that I had no idea what the answer was because the referral I got from the PCP was given a couple months ago and the place they assigned me to, told me on the phone they don't take Freedom Health. I tried to fix it by calling Freedom back and telling me that info. I was told they would call me back and give me a different place but that never happened. That was about 3 months ago. So today I decided to try to get an exam but was told my the 2nd person that I needed to get a release from the place I was assigned. so he transferred me to the 3rd person. She was very rude to me, kept talking over me and wouldn't listen to my issue. She kept asking me if I knew I had an eye condition and what that condition was. I don't know what it is because it was my PCP that sent over the referral. Evidently no one has that referral . The doctor didn't tell me what my condition is only that I needed to get an opthomologist to examine my eyes. That 3rd person upset me so much that I requested to speak to a manager. She put me on hold and I never did get to speak to a manager. She said one might not be available and I had already been on this call almost 2 hrs. I was disgusted and hung up.
So I guess I won't be able to get my eyes examined. I don'[t even know if I have been released from the first place which was too far for me to drive anyway. As I am 80 almost 81 yrs old, it is not good for me to drive to Crystal River from North Port. I am very displeased with the member service team on the phone. I will never call back again.
