What a stellar install! Wow I’m so impressed with their professionalism and attention to details. A sleek, modern look on the roof. There is very minimal wires visible and extremely clean environment after their work is done. I highly recommend them to anyone. They are the biggest solar company. Their lead electrician Allen ( Capt jack Sparrow’s team ) is also a very nice and his guys all are so knowledgeable and kind. They are very fast and all I can say is what a nice job guys! Kudos to you and your team.I almost forgot to mention Kaysen my sales guy and Mike the solar guy who initially came to my house. Both of them are also kind and know you need. They explained it all from top to bottom. they aren’t there to sell you extra you don’t need.

Today I have my solar panels installed, when I tell you the crew was on time and ready to work. Capt Bellamy, Crew lead Deon and the Roof team Sebastian got to work. The entire crew was very professional and gave great customer service. I am beyond frustrated with my experience with Freedom Forever. My solar project started in August 2025, and as of today, January 2026, my system is still NOT operational.
Month after month, they provide nothing but excuses. The latest "update" is that I need to increase my homeowner’s insurance liability to $1,000,000 to meet Duke Energy’s requirements for Permission to Operate (PTO). This is a critical financial and technical requirement that should have been disclosed upfront during the sales process. It makes no sense to invest in solar for savings, only to be hit with higher insurance costs that were never mentioned.
I feel misled and ignored. They were quick to sign the contract but have been incredibly slow to deliver a working product. Their customer support is non-existent, and they clearly do not value their customers' time or investment. If you are looking for a reliable solar company in Central Florida, stay away from Freedom Forever.
This Captain Jack Sparrow team is the most amazing group of young men I've met in a while. I was originally told that this was a two-day job. They did it in one day and as you can tell by the pictures I'm very happy and very pleased for a job well done. What an outstanding group of young men. Freedom solar should be proud to have them. If Teamwork Makes the Dream Work my dream just came true.
