Just had an install done for the Rainbow four water softener system and Sean did an amazing job! There was communication throughout the entire process to ensure I knew what was going on and whenever I had any questions he made sure to take the time to answer them. I can tell he takes pride in his work from the quality of the install. Everything was neat, precise and taken care of as if he was working on his own home. Thank you again! WOW-Trevor and Shawn absolutely knocked it out of the park! From the moment they greeted me and started installing my replacement water treatment system, I could tell that they were pros. They had a deep understanding and knowledge of the system, and their precision was like watching artistry in action. Taking a minute to share my experience with FWT. First, met with Dalton from sales to review our application and determine which f-system best fits our needs. Dalton was thorough in explaining the filtration process and reviewing best area for us to install unit. Second, we met Trevor Wilcox, our install technician. Trevor reviewed the project with us and began his work. Trevor answered all our questions (3or4) during the installation and went over the system operation with several water tests when finished. I’ve been a customer of FWT for 5 years and they have outstanding service. I recently had a critical issue with my water softener. Dalton came out and was able to quickly determine the issue and explained he needed schedule another technician with the necessary parts to correct the problem. Dalton called the head office and had the service request expedited. Then Trevor, the service technician, came out and remedied the issue in a timely and professional manner. All of my interactions with FWT have been handled professionally and in a courteous manner. I have referred them to many of my neighbors who also have been satisfied with FWT.

I had a great experience with this company when I was looking for a water softener. Dalton came out to the house and explained the kind of softener system I would need and how the whole install process would work. I didn't feel like he was trying to sell me on anything extra or stuff I didn't need, just straight to the facts of the water quality at the house and what would help. On install day about a week later, Jeremy was the tech and did an amazing job handling a very complex situation of getting piping run across my garage so the water could drain into my powder room instead of out in the street due to my HOA. The piping was very clean, neat, and organized. The field manager Matt came out towards the end in order to check on everything, run pressure tests, and then explained the system to me. Overall, great experience with everyone and I feel like they are true professionals. I would gladly recommend them to anyone looking for a water treatment system for their house
