Communication was excellent, and the timeline was clearly explained so we always knew what to expect. Jake was here yesterday for my generator’s semi-annual service. He arrived on time, was very friendly, and went above and beyond with extra cleaning. He even shared helpful tips for keeping a 4–5 foot radius clear of vegetation around the generator. My generator has already carried us through a few hurricanes, and thanks to the excellent service from Jake and Florida Power Solutions, I know I can continue to count on it. We just had our generator installed by FPS, and it was very smooth from start to finish. The team kept us up to date on throughout the process and sent a detailed schedule and requirements as the install date got closer.

Additionally, our gas supply is on the opposite side of the house from the electric panel. Everyone else told us we needed to bore around the house to run a gas line. Only FPS recommended adding a second gas meter, which was much less expensive.

Absolutely first class experience start to finish. Florida Power Solutions is the most professional whole home generator installation and service company in the Sarasota Bradenton area. They are very busy so plan to be patient. There’s a good reason for that, superior products and service. They’ve installed thousands of stand by generators in our area which simply means they have the experience to solve any problem that might come up. Installation is a lengthy complicated process with notices and permits that need to be filed and cleared. Their excellent office staff handles all that for you. The installers did a super nice job and cleaned up meticulously. The follow up customer orientation was friendly and professional. I got several quotes from other companies. Florida Power Solutions’ quote was the best, and considering the services delivered, an excellent value.

We had florida power solutions install a whole house generator and 500gl propane tank at our home. All phases of the project were completed flawlessly. The level of detail and execution of their work and that of the other contractors was and is above all my expectations. We had our first year maintenance, the technician was very thorough with his explanation of the process. He work diligently and quickly and left the area clean and tidy. Before he left he gave us a detailed explanation of all work performed and asked if we had any questions before leaving. We would like to let you know that his professionalism and work ethic is appreciated!
