Furniture is gorgeous, delivery was flawless everything was wrapped and sealed so nothing could be damaged. Delivery personnel were both courteous and professional. Our sales person Clay Walkup was Very Professional!! He presented the product explaining it thoroughly from the quality to the delivery process. Thanks Clay for all your help.

Avoid this place at all costs.

Purchased a $10k sectional late Summer of ‘24. Waited 3-4 weeks to have it shipped from Italy, only to have a part break on one of the recliners a few weeks ago. This means anyone sitting on that section sinks into the section, which (of course) puts tremendous strain on your lower back. Last night I also learned that laying with your head on that section can also cause intense neck pain.

We purchased an extended warranty on the piece, and were told in early February that only parts were covered, but that doesn’t really matter, seeing as it has proven impossible to file a claim. If you call the store, they don’t handle the claim, and you’re given another number to call. Then the people in that office give you a different number to call, and if you can actually get someone on the phone, your information is taken, and this is followed by the silent treatment.

It’s a $10k item. Plus a warranty that appears to be worthless. Don’t let the high rating fool you (even if it’s real, which I suspect it isn’t), buying from this place was a terrible mistake. Oh and as a bonus, I had 3 back surgeries a few years ago, something I shared with the employees at the store. I spent close to 3 weeks with serious back spasms as a result of trying to sit/work on this thing.

And still, not only do they refuse fix the item, but I can’t even get a phone call. For $10k, you’re better off flying to Italy and taking classes on how to build your own couch. At least if it breaks, you’ll know who to talk to.

It was time to replace our living room furniture and we considered leather. We made a list of a half-dozen furniture stores to visit, and Florida Leather Gallery at 6206 N. Dale Mabry in Tampa was the only store that we revisited and purchased our new leather furniture.
On our initial visit, a tall gentleman with cool glasses greeted us and introduced himself as Clay Walkup. After Clay determined our areas of interest, we walked around the huge selection of beautiful leather furniture throughout the showroom and checked out several different styles. Did I mention the awesome smell of leather as we walked into and throughout Florida Leather Gallery?
We settled on two Stressless chairs and two Stressless loveseats. Clay has been great after the sale coordinating the deliveries. My chair came first, and it’s the most comfortable chair I’ve ever sat in. For decades, I was a La-Z-Boy fan and owner. Now, I’m a Stressless fan and owner.
